INDIA DRAW FIRST BLOOD

After remaining on the field for close to eight sessions during England’s two innings, India wasted no time to wipe off the 77 runs needed for victory consuming only 15.3 overs to go 1-0 up in the four-match Test series.
M a n o f t h e m a t c h Chesteshwar Pujara (41, 51b, 8x4) opened the innings with Virender Sehwag and the pair put on 57 runs in 9.5 overs for the first wicket.
