Second Blast in Two Days in Russia Kills 14

A second terror strike in the Russian city of Volgograd in less than 24 hours on Monday killed at least 14 people and wounded nearly 30 others. A powerful blast tore through a trolleybus around 8:30 am (local time) during the morning rush hours. Video footage and pictures posted online showed the trolleybus, which can carry up to 80 people, literally ripped apart, its roof blown out and bodies strewn on the road.
