Since Pawan Kalyan said that he is contemplating quitting cinema in a recent interview, buzz has been doing the rounds that the Power Star is planning to get into politics full time. But the matinee idol doesn't seem to have made up his mind yet. “I'm still trying to figure that out!“ he said at a press conference when asked if he identified himself more as a politician now. Why then does he want to quit films? “I am quite bored of grooming myself,“ her retorted. When prodded, he added, “My decision to quit films isn't related to politics. Films can be a bit tiring. If I had a few hits after Khushi, I would have quit films then itself. But I think even if I stop films, I would like to keep writing,“ said the actor.

When asked if he would like to act with his brother Chiranjeevi before hanging up his boots, he quipped “I'm ever ready to act with him.“ But he ruled out the the likelihood of forging a political alliance with his brother.“There's more chance of us coming together for a film, than on a political front.“
